PROFESSIONAL WALL PANEL MANUFACTURER
Versa Surfaces Group is a professional manufacturer of architectural wall panels in Huizhou, Guangdong, China. We combine industrial production, digital printing and specialist hand finishing to serve design studios and project teams worldwide.
Our 40,000 m² production base brings panel processing, coating, veneering, digital printing, hand finishing, inspection and packing into one coordinated manufacturing system. Approximately 150 people support development, production and delivery.
We manufacture all five product families ourselves. Direct factory control means faster feasibility feedback, more responsive sampling and clearer coordination from an approved finish to commercial production.
Real production environments matter in B2B sourcing. These are the workshops, equipment and finishing processes behind our wall panel collections and custom programs.

Panel forming and industrial processing organized within our Huizhou manufacturing base.

Controlled coating and curing for repeatable surface production.

In-house digital printing for custom colors, patterns and visual references.

Hands-on finishing adds crafted variation to decorative surfaces.
Standard collections provide a clear starting point. Custom development extends the material, color and finish around the project.

∞Bring us your design, pattern, color or material direction. We develop a tailored wall-panel surface around the visual and practical needs of your project.
Explore custom possibilities →Automated equipment supports scale and repeatability. In-house printing, sampling, inspection and hand finishing preserve the visual detail demanded by architectural projects.
Eight automated coating lines support repeatable decorative surface production at commercial scale.
Three high-precision veneer lamination lines support woodgrain and marquetry surface development.
A 100,000-grade clean production environment helps protect sensitive coating and curing processes.
Material and finish testing supports development, comparison and production quality control.
A structured path lets designers explore finishes while the factory controls feasibility, sampling, consistency and production detail.
Share drawings, reference images, samples, quantities and application conditions.
We compare construction, appearance, budget and installation requirements.
Color, pattern, texture and surface effect are translated into a practical route.
A representative sample is prepared for design and material review.
Dimensions, substrate, installation details, packaging and production scope are aligned.
Production follows the approved direction with coordinated inspection and export packing.

Standard products are only the starting point. We help studios develop a surface language that responds to the visual direction and practical demands of the project.
Quality control begins before full production. The factory aligns the visual standard, panel construction, dimensions and packing requirements, then checks the product through production and before shipment.
These report references help project teams review product-specific documentation. Confirm the tested product, assembly and intended application against the full report before specifying a performance class.

Material decisions often begin with an atmosphere, a reference image or a performance requirement—not a product code. Our team helps turn that early direction into a sample and production path.

We support clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East and worldwide with a practical workflow for samples, specifications, production follow-up, export packing and delivery coordination.
Clear English-language coordination for product selection, specifications and finish confirmation.
Project samples, product information and application details organized for client review.
Packaging and shipment requirements discussed around the product mix and destination.
Fast feedback helps projects keep moving when materials, quantities or timelines change.
We take a practical approach to material efficiency: choose the appropriate construction for the application, confirm the finish through sampling, reduce avoidable production variation and protect products through considered packaging.
As our product systems develop, we continue to look for more stable, efficient and responsible ways to manufacture and deliver architectural surfaces.
Send us a reference image, color code, drawing or physical sample. Our factory team will recommend a suitable material, finish route and sampling plan for your project.
